I received order on time and also easy to install, but it worked only 2.5 month now water flow is very low. Its really disappointed. Looks like scam to get customer. As you can't measure hardness of water not sure it's working or not properly. They are giving 1 year warranty but don't know what is cover in it. Kindly fix my issue so water flow can increase replace my filter.
One more issue is I am not able to upload video in review.

The moment you install it you start seeing the difference. I was concerned about TDS but it worked perfectly. From the very first shower you start seeing that your soap and shampoo are making more bubbles and because of that you're using almost half of the shampoo you used before because hard water doesn't let shampoo make be foamy like it's supposed to be. After that you'll see your hair doesn't get hard after drying like it used to be. I don't even have to shampoo to keep my hair soft. Shampoo is now used to wash my hair like it's supposed to. And finally the customer service. I got a product with a problem and I got proper support for that, I got the replacement product very quickly.

The filter has reduced the hardness of the water to some extent, and I can notice an improvement compared to before. However, it does not completely eliminate the hard water issue. Hard water marks are still visible on the taps and other surfaces after using the water. Overall, the filter is helpful, but I expected better softening performance.
